Una visita in Città Alta e poi in bicicletta
seguendo gli itinerari di cicloturismo
in Valle Brembana,

No ordinary weekends in May...

spend a refreshing weekend in Italy at

freedomYoga-land is a seat of Energy!

A B&B offering yoga and nature
in Brembana Valley, close to Bergamo

freedomYoga-land is a wellspring for the mainstream, it is a place grounded in a wildly alive environment, the spectacular, unparalleled, convergence of mountains and water flows. According to Chinese medicine and other traditions, the human emotional body is held by the water element. Perhaps that is one reason why freedomYoga-land is a safe and powerfully healing place to look within.

Inside the property every effort is made to be eco-friendly, a small pond with frogs, blackbirds and robins, squirrels and deers are our friends, you can sit under a chestnut, larch, spruce, plum, fig and hazelnut, willow or red maple symbol of friendship, just looking at flowers or visiting the organic vegetable garden.

All around the area you can bike or hike, run and climb, ski or horseriding and more and more. You can just sit and breath fresh air and find a re-energized sense of purpose for yourself and for the world.

We offer B&B, a two beds room and a double room, the bathroom is shared. Breakfast time is from 8:30 to 9:45 am and between meals: coffee, tea, bread, fresh and dried fruit are available around-the-clock.

  • Feel free to arrive any time after 6 pm, room keys are available.
  • Check-out 10.00 am.
  • Sorry, other than animals in service, pets are not allowed on the property.
  • freedomYoga-land is approximately one hour from Bergamo, 1 and a half hours from Milan.

Twice daily we have yoga sessions either in the garden. A yoga weekend through the elements is   good for an optimal energy flow.

Breath alleviates tension just as
light illuminates darkness.

The elements earth, water, fire, air, and ether take on different frequencies depending on how the breath flows through the various parts of the body.

Each element is affected by tension and will either stagnate or over-stimulate in areas that are out of balance. Over the weekend, by liberating our breathing through yoga asana (postures), movement,  and breath practice, we will aim to bring back optimal energy flow and greater balance throughout our bodies.

In each practice session, you can discover how to gain greater access to the grounding quality of the earth by opening up the hips, tapping into the power of the core abdominals for internal support, and retrieving the fluidity of the back.

Also, you can discover ways to ignite the hot center of the solar plexus while fully connecting with the air element – the breath. Moment by moment, throughout the weekend, we'll return to our optimal energy flow. At the end we will have a profound yogic meditation orienting our head towards North and feet towards South.

In other words, if you can't get
your chakras aligned
at freedomYoga-land
then it's time to take up another hobby!
