freedomYoga-land is a place surrounded by lush vegetation of the Upper Valley Brembana, dedicated to the awakening of the spirit, a place to relax, recharge and rejuvenate through the constant flow of Energy of the Nature.

Just 90 minutes from the center of Milan or Bergamo, freedomYoga-land is an ideal place for relaxing, studying, practicing yoga and meditation.

Our mission is the well-being of our guests during their stay, they can practice yoga, meditate, learn the art of staying young with the practice of the Five Tibetan Rites, relaxation techniques and breathing.

The serenity of the place, the choice of colors of joy and rest, and the dramatic landscape of the Valley Brembana will help you find peace and energy to your well-being.

Cycling, hiking, fishing and canoeing along the river Brembo, horseback riding in the woods, climbing gyms are just some of the many sports and leisure activities that the Valley offers guests in summer. Foppolo and St. Simon are some of the skiing resorts reached in just 20 minutes.

On foot or by mountain bike, routes in the heart of the valley (the most famous is the ancient Via Mercatorum) allow you to appreciate customs and approach the genuineness of the local food delights.

freedomYoga-land offers:
